1) Can I run gases other than air?; 2) It states there is an air consumption rate up to 2 LPM. Does this mean it uses the high pressure gas to maintain pressure at the outlet? Its bleeding air all the time? Is the bleed port threaded?

Is this I/P convertor relieving? Ex. If the outlet pressure is higher than the set pressure setpoint, will the pressure be relieved through some exhaust?
These I/P converters have a bleed port that exhausts the excess air pressure to maintain the correct pressure.
