OMEGA’s PX2300 Series high-output, low differential pressure transducers are compatible with most media, from dry air to corrosive liquids. All wetted parts are either stainless steel or elastomer seals. The electronics are housed in a NEMA 4 (IP65) enclosure. A high working pressure and high overpressure ratings ensure dependability in harsh industrial environments. These transducers are ideal for measuring pressure drop across filters and other process devices.

This item (PX2300) need to have a calibration certificate so that the user know the accuracy of the instrument.

Is it possible to order this customized to provide a 0-5VDC electrical output signal?
There is no 0 to 5VDC version of the transmitter available. You can use an external 250 ohm to convert the 4 to 20mA to a 1 to 5VDC

I need details around the mounting bracket for this component (PX2300)
Thank you for your inquiry, The PX2300 Series is supplied with a mounting bracket and two (2) 6-32 x 3/8 hex head screws. First attach bracket to mounting location using holes or band clamp notches available on large section of the bracket. Next, attach the transmitter to bracket by using the two 6-32 x 3/8” hex head screws and the two tapped holes located on the underside of the transmitter.

Hello, I just ordered PX2300-1DI and now I want to covert output current into the output pressure. With this regard, could you please share a data sheet/table/ formula for the current to pressure conversion?

This is a linear output. You would take the output range and divide it by the pressure range to get the output per psi.

Hello, I want to use this transducer just as a regular gauge pressure transducer. I.e. I have one inlet for water which gauge pressure I want to measure. I'm going to leave the other inlet open to atmosphere. Will this work?
Yes it will. If you leave the low port open to the atmosphere the unit will act as a 0 to 1 PSIG range sensor

Does the PX2300-2DI come with a calibration certificate?
The PX2300 Series differential sensor do not normally come with any certification. We may be able to offer a NIST certification at an additional charge. You would need to contact our Sales Dept at sales@omega.com
