Works well for quick non-touch human temperature
I bought a few of these for my business to help get back open. Good product easy to use. Switching from C to F was not intuitive at first but the guide helped with that. Other than that it has been quick and easy to use and works well for what I needed.

First one shipped did not work. It showed error message. When I called, company immediately shipped a replacement, which works very well. Great responsiveness. Good quality product.

Good enough for daily use. Does not come with batteries and packaged poorly. An empty insert in the plastic makes it look like something was missing. Instructions did not come in the box but company sent an email with them.

Calibration Verified
The Unit worked perfect. Upon receipt of the 2 units we purchased, both units were verified for accuracy. The calibration procedure was followed at per ISO/IEC 17025:2017
& ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 (R2002) standards and passed well beyond any other device we use.

Half Way
Only 1 of the 2 I ordered worked properly. Display screen on second thermometer would not display correctly. Other one worked fine as expected.

Didn't Work
We had ordered this thermometer for reopening our office. The thermometer was received on time BUT the seal was broken and it did not work. I attempted an online return but was unable to because the package was opened and it didn't work. So I had to email and call customer service for a return. After multiple emails, I finally received an email stating they would ship a replacement and to discard the other one. However, we had ordered and received another thermometer by the time I received the response. Upon receipt of the email, I replied denying the replacement as we had already ordered and received a working thermometer to ensure we had one for reopening day. Still, no response and a thermometer showed up yesterday. I refused the delivery.

doesnt work
After recieving the thermometer, i put new batteris in it and all it does is beep and flash. After pushing and holding every button down, it did not work. I'm currently not able to take temperatures at all because it wont stop beeping and flashing.

Cheap Chinese with Celsius only - bout from American company thinking would be different than all the other cheap Chinese made thermometers on Amazon,etc. but it is the same one could have had there for less
